It was compliant. Here’s the photo.

One photo shows how it is. Two show what’s wrong.

Blood sampling rooms, wards, changing rooms, waste stores. The cleaner takes a photo, Precisino checks it against the reference photo you chose, and records how things looked, with the date and time. When the inspectors arrive, the log is already there.

See it in action

Four real cases, and the verdict your team would see.

These are real photos, and the engine wrote each verdict by looking at them, once. If it had failed a “good” photo, you’d be reading that here.

Questions

Six questions, answered in full.

How much does it cost, and how do we pay?

Two plans, both set out in full on the Pricing page: €69 a month for one site, €499 a month for unlimited sites. We invoice by hand at the end of the month — there’s no credit card and no automatic payment in the product. And going over your included photos never means a surprise charge.

Do I need to install or buy anything?

No. There isn’t even an app to download. Whoever cleans or closes the shift opens the browser on the phone they already carry, takes the photo, and that’s it: nothing to install, no devices to buy, no training courses. It works on older phones too, because the photo is processed on our server, not on the phone.

Who can see the photos, and how long do you keep them?

Only people in your company, and the API keys you create yourself. No other customer sees anything. Photos are kept in a private archive in Europe, and every link to view one expires after an hour. We keep them for as long as you need the log, and delete them when you ask. What you photograph is the room itself — the couch, the container, the shelf — never a patient and never a document with personal details on it. Recognisable people add nothing, so keep them out of shot.

What if my team isn’t comfortable with technology?

That’s the most common case, and the product is built for it. Whoever is on the round sees the list of jobs, taps the first one, takes the photo and moves on to the next. No fields to fill in, nothing to type. Staff who don’t speak the language do exactly the same thing, because the reference photo shows them what “done properly” looks like.

Does the photo check ever get it wrong? What happens then?

Yes, sometimes — a container in shadow or a label turned away can leave it unsure. That’s why a verdict never closes anything on its own: it’s a flag that a person confirms or disputes with one tap, and every correction stays in the log. If one checklist item keeps giving wrong verdicts, you rewrite that item: it’s two lines, and the change applies from the next version of the reference photo. Precisino decides nothing. It does the groundwork for the person who decides.

Does it connect to our facility management or ticketing system?

Yes — that’s how Precisino is built. The web app you use is a client of the same public API you can call yourself. Create an API key in Settings, call POST /verdicts with the photo, and you get the result back item by item. Webhooks tell you when a verdict is ready, or when someone disputes one. The API reference is at /en/docs. The integration with your own system you can write yourselves, or we can build it with you as a project.
