One photo shows how it is. Two show what’s wrong.
Pallets, labels, loading bays, vehicles. One photo before the lorry doors close: Precisino checks it against the reference photo and answers straight away — what doesn’t add up, and what needs fixing. No forms for your team. They just take a photo.

These are real photos, and the engine wrote each verdict by looking at them, once. If it had failed a “good” photo, you’d be reading that here.

Two plans, both set out in full on the Pricing page: €69 a month for one site, €499 a month for unlimited sites. We invoice by hand at the end of the month — there’s no credit card and no automatic payment in the product. And going over your included photos never means a surprise charge.
No. There isn’t even an app to download. Whoever builds the pallet or loads the lorry opens the browser on the phone they already carry, takes the photo, and that’s it: nothing to install, no devices to buy, no training courses. It works on older phones too, because the photo is processed on our server, not on the phone.
Only people in your company, and the API keys you create yourself. No other customer sees anything. Photos are kept in a private archive in Europe, and every link to view one expires after an hour. We keep them for as long as you need the log, and delete them when you ask. What you photograph is the pallet, the label, the bay — the goods and the vehicle, not the people in the aisle. Recognisable people add nothing, so keep them out of shot.
In a warehouse that’s the rule, not the exception, so there’s only one thing to do: open the job, take the photo, move on. No fields to fill in, nothing to type — which is also why it works for teams that speak four different languages. The reference photo shows what “done properly” looks like, and there’s nothing to translate.
Yes, sometimes — stretch film shot against the light or a half-covered label can leave it unsure. That’s why a verdict never closes anything on its own: it’s a flag that a person confirms or disputes with one tap, and every correction stays in the log. If one checklist item keeps giving wrong verdicts, you rewrite that item: it’s two lines, and the change applies from the next version of the reference photo. Precisino decides nothing. It does the groundwork for the person who decides.
Yes — that’s how Precisino is built. The web app you use is a client of the same public API you can call yourself. Create an API key in Settings, call POST /verdicts with the photo, and you get the result back item by item. Webhooks tell you when a verdict is ready, or when someone disputes one. The API reference is at /en/docs. The integration with your own system you can write yourselves, or we can build it with you as a project.
